Original: Elon Musk, Palmer Luckey, Newt Gingrich to Help Pentagon with Warfare Initiative
Elon Musk, Palmer Luckey and Newt Gingrich are set to help the Pentagon with a new warfare initiative, according to CNBC. The trio are expected to work alongside Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth on the effort, drawing attention given their mix of tech industry and political backgrounds and the questions it raises about the defense establishment's direction.
Why now: The unusually high-profile combination of tech figures and a former politician joining a Defense Department warfare initiative is drawing broad attention.
