A person described as a suspected member of the hacking group ShinyHunters has been charged with attempted incitement to commit two murders, according to a report by the data breach tracking site DataBreaches.net. The charge is described as a shock given the suspect's alleged link to the notorious cybercrime collective, which has been behind high-profile data thefts.
