Ukrnafta, Ukraine's state-controlled oil company, has begun installing concrete shelters at its Kyiv gas stations to protect customers from Russian missile and drone attacks. The move comes as Russia launched an all-day assault on the capital, striking a medical center and a science academy downtown. Separately, Poland said it would ease rules for shooting down drones and missiles entering its airspace from Russia.
