The FINRA Foundation and the Association for Financial Counseling & Planning Education (AFCPE) have selected the 2026 FINRA Foundation Military Spouse Fellows. The fellowship program trains military spouses to become accredited financial counselors, helping military families manage finances while supporting spouses' careers.
