365 Retail Markets and Evergreen Refreshments have installed Amazon's Just Walk Out technology at Lake Washington Institute of Technology, letting students grab food and drinks and leave without checkout. The companies say the cashierless store is intended to cut queues and expand access to refreshments on campus, continuing the rollout of frictionless retail into education settings.
