The Wildlife Trusts warns that the spread of so-called mega-dairies — large industrial dairy farms — is pushing nature to a breaking point. The conservation group says intensive dairy operations are harming wildlife and habitats, and is calling for tighter controls on factory-style farming to protect the natural environment.
