US-based coding platform Replit has acquired Atta, an Egyptian AI analytics startup. The deal, reported by regional financial outlets, highlights growing interest from American tech companies in Egypt's emerging AI talent. Atta's team is expected to join Replit as the company pushes further into AI-powered developer tools. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
