Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman received a phone call from the President of Sudan's Transitional Sovereign Council, according to Asharq Al-Awsat. The contact comes as Sudan remains gripped by conflict between the army and the Rapid Support Forces, and Saudi Arabia has positioned itself as a mediator, having previously hosted ceasefire talks in Jeddah.
