Google has rolled out a Health update that expands the fitness tracking capabilities of its Pixel Watch. The update adds broader health and activity monitoring features, strengthening the watch's position in the wearable fitness market as Google continues building out its hardware and health services ecosystem alongside Fitbit integration.
