President Volodymyr Zelensky said a Russian strike hit the building of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in Kyiv, with a rescue operation underway to put out the fire and search for people who may be trapped inside. He said all services have been deployed and that a pharmaceutical company was also hit in the city today.
